Created a pregnancy-friendly shift schedule policy for emergency department resident physicians and faculty
Revamped and led a monthly case-based ophthalmology curriculum for the Maimonides Medical Center Residency Program
Assisted in creating a cultural competence longitudinal curriculum for residency training
Facilitated a gratitude exercise to increase mindfulness among emergency medicine residents
Developed and ran a simulation-based course for residents and faculty on microaggression response and source control in the workplace
